1. Please address a phrase I hear people say from time to time. No matter what the circumstances might be, a person will say that your relative ‘looking down from heaven’ is proud of you or sorry you are sick. The statement implies that one still knows what is happening on the earth. Wouldn’t such a person be a part of two worlds actually when you think about it?
2. In Matthew chapter 19, Jesus tells us the only reason for divorce. If Elders of a congregation fellowship a couple that are not scripturally married, for one reason or another, does that put the entire congregation in a sinful state?
3. Is there such a thing as speaking in tongues as a prayer language?
4. What does the Bible say about “making music in a joyful noise with instruments to the Lord?”
5. What is meant by body, soul, and spirit? Is it true that the soul sleeps with the body in the ground after death while the spirit goes back to God?
6. At what age should a child be given more freedom of choice regarding his religious beliefs and practices?

1. Was the name Christian given in derision to the followers of Christ or was it simply coined by His followers and applied by them?
2. Do we need to catch up on our giving when we are away from the local congregation for several weeks in row?
3. How can you have Bible versions like the NIV omitting entire verses from the 1611 KJV and also changing entirely what the verse or chapter was saying or meant?
4. Since the angels sinned according to 2 Peter 2:4, did Jesus also die for the angels?

If two heathens who have been “married” multiple times in their past; now wish to be added the church, is their current marriage sanctified by God or do they need reconciliation to their previous “spouses”? If they need reconciliation, why do we not give ALL of the requirements for salvation prior to their commitment?
2. Is it okay to talk to our departed loved ones when we are feeling sad?
3. When Jesus asked two of His disciples to go into a village and locate a donkey and colt and to bring them back to Him, are we to believe that this isn’t theft?
4. I have a friend who is nice to me at one moment and then different with me at another. I have had problems with this person. I have been praying about it, and I need some advice. What should I do about it?

1. Matthew 6:5 says, “And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.” These are the words of Jesus, yet people today complain that they can’t pray in schools, at sporting events etc. What do they not understand?
2. Is it a sin for a Christian to listen to gospel music played with instruments as a form of entertainment?
3. Do we have any record of Peter’s repentance and forgiveness after denying the Lord three times?
4. In a Bible class, a brother said that the example of Sardis teaches that an individual staying in a sinful congregation is authorized. I disagreed, and this was brought up for several weeks. So here is the question: Does Sardis in Revelation 3 teach that faithful brethren can remain in an unfaithful congregation?

6. Who filled the place of Judas Iscariot – Matthias or was it really Paul?

5. Does the teachings of Jesus in the Matthew 5:31-32 and Matthew 19:1-10 apply to Christians only or to the alien sinner as well?
6. Does Acts 20:7 refer to the Lord’s Supper?
