  1. Our preacher got the corona virus, so he preached on Facebook. However, his wife is on there with him. I don’t feel it is appropriate. She is not the preacher. Can you give me some input on this? I am grateful for any answer the Bible can give me.
  2. What is the difference in tithing to the local congregation and tithing to the church as a whole?
  3. What is meant by the phrase “remission of sins that are past” in Romans 3:25?
  4. How does God feel about cremation after death? I am thinking of planning my funeral and the cost was so great that I am planning to be cremated. However, I do not want to do anything that God does not approve.
  5. Are arranged marriages biblical?

  4. I would like to know if you believe God has expressed to us, in any way, His will as regards burial? I would like to be cremated upon my death but I’ve had others, including Christians, say it is not respectful to the body God created. Then I’ve also been told, again by Christians, that it is a custom only and God would not be concerned about it one way or another.
  5. How does Paul use the word “rod” in First Corinthians 4:21?

  3. How does one grieve the Holy Spirit? (Ephesians 4:30).
  4. Is the Holy Spirit a person or just a force or power like electricity?
  5. Doesn’t the instruction to hate our families in Luke 14:26 contradict other passages which command us to love our families (Ephesians 5:25)?

  1. What does the word “traditions” refer to in 2 Thessalonians 2:15? Are traditions authoritative?
  2. In Colossians 2:23, Paul mentions will-worship? What exactly is will-worship?
  3. In a foreign country, a woman and her teenage children have been baptized into Christ. The woman has been a Christian for a little over a year, her children for a few months less. Her husband is not baptized and is not accepting of the church in any way. Her question is, can she and her children observe the Lord’s Supper at home, early in the morning, if there is not a seasoned male Christian to lead the ceremony? They do Bible studies and the other aspects of worship but this questions weighs on her mind heavily.
  4. Please discuss Leviticus 5:17. Did God really hold people accountable for their sin even when they were unaware of the fact that they had sinned?
  5. Should the Christian use profanity in their speech?

  3. In Matthew chapter 7, how does verse 6 fit in the context of verses 1 thru 5?
  4. Could you please explain the difference in using a power point presentation and a piano in worship?
