In response to Acts 22:16, one person has written, “These words were spoken by ‘Ananias, a devout man ACCORDING TO THE LAW’ (v12).  They weren’t spoken by a New Testament Christian.  In this chapter, Paul is speaking of events which took place in chapter 9 some 25 years earlier.  In Acts chapter 9, Paul was saved, born again, regenerated and even called BROTHER hours before he was baptized.”   Please deal with that.
5. Is it true that the Greek word Psallo means to pluck and that its use in Ephesians 5:19 therefore authorizes the use of an instrument in church worship?

1. Who were the Nicolaitanes mentioned in Revelation 2:15?
2. How should the church respond when a member, one who has from the heart repents of his sins and obeyed the gospel, is a registered sex offender with charges involving a child, and wants to place membership with a given congregation?  Can that congregation refuse that the person the option to place membership with their respective congregation?
3. Is it correct for a woman to teach a young boy (class is 5th- 8th grade so age is 11-13) in Bible class after he has obeyed the gospel?  Would a man now have to teach the class or the young boy be pushed into an older class than has a man teaching?
4. Is it true that God set the time and fixed it so that there is nothing we can do to lengthen or shorten our lives (Ecc. 7:17)?  If this is true then why is one in jail for murder since the victim was going to die no matter why, or why commit suicide since you were going to die no matter what.

1. What are some passages that I can use to teach my teenagers of the need to wear modest clothing? So many of their peers are not concerned with going nearly naked in public and especially while swimming.

3. If an erring brother is rightfully withdrawn from, may any brethren have fellowship with him, knowing that he has been withdrawn from?
4. Is it possible to withdraw (or withhold?) fellowship from this erring brother who you do not personally know?

1. Does fornication only refer to sexual relations before marriage?  If so, then does Matthew 19:9 only grant an exception for divorce when a person learns that his spouse had sexual relations before their marriage?
2. In the congregation where I worship, every Sunday night about a half dozen members will leave after Bible class right before preaching service begins to go the county jail to teach inmates. When they leave during the service are they forsaking the assembly?  It is a good thing to reach out to teach the prisoners, but I have been  taught for many years that your outside teaching should take place when your services are not in session.
3. What did Jesus mean when He said don’t let your right hand know what your left hand is doing?
4. How is the word “regeneration” used in the Bible?
5. Is it our Christian duty to attend Bible class and to encourage others to do the same?
