1. In Matthew 19:28, how and when will the apostles judge the twelve tribes of Israel?
2. Does “the husband of one wife” (1 Tim. 3:12) mean that a man who has remarried after being widowed or scripturally divorced cannot serve as an elder?
3. Are we really wearing our best for the Lord when we attend worship services in shorts and jeans with holes in them and the vulgar leggings that are being worn now with tops so short that everything is seen on the body?
4. In one of Jesus’ parables, the host at a wedding feast expelled a man for coming without the appropriate garment (Matthew 22:1-14). What does this parable and principle teach us about God’s expectations?

4. I would like to know if you believe God has expressed to us, in any way, His will as regards burial? I would like to be cremated upon my death but I’ve had others, including Christians, say it is not respectful to the body God created. Then I’ve also been told, again by Christians, that it is a custom only and God would not be concerned about it one way or another.
5. How does Paul use the word “rod” in First Corinthians 4:21?

2. A man frivolously divorces his wife and marries another woman. The man later says he is sorry for his infidelity and argues that he may remain with his new mate with Divine approval. Does sorrow exhaust the meaning of repentance?
3. How does one grieve the Holy Spirit? (Ephesians 4:30).
4. Is the Holy Spirit a person or just a force or power like electricity?
5. Doesn’t the instruction to hate our families in Luke 14:26 contradict other passages which command us to love our families (Ephesians 5:25)?

1. My family is doing themed Bible studies each week. This week we are covering what the Bible says about drinking. The New Testament has one word for wine, and it can mean alcoholic or non alcoholic. Does the Old Testament have words that show a difference in the fruit of the vine referenced?
2. How are elders to be counted worthy of double honour (1 Timothy 5:17)?
3. Do the cities of refuge described in Numbers 35 have any typical significance to us today?
4. How can I overcome discouragement in the midst of so much “doom and gloom” in the world?
5. Is it possible for a person to “live in adultery?”

1. What does the word “traditions” refer to in 2 Thessalonians 2:15? Are traditions authoritative?
2. In Colossians 2:23, Paul mentions will-worship? What exactly is will-worship?
3. In a foreign country, a woman and her teenage children have been baptized into Christ. The woman has been a Christian for a little over a year, her children for a few months less. Her husband is not baptized and is not accepting of the church in any way. Her question is, can she and her children observe the Lord’s Supper at home, early in the morning, if there is not a seasoned male Christian to lead the ceremony? They do Bible studies and the other aspects of worship but this questions weighs on her mind heavily.
4. Please discuss Leviticus 5:17. Did God really hold people accountable for their sin even when they were unaware of the fact that they had sinned?
5. Should the Christian use profanity in their speech?

How do we correlate this with the fact that Jesus ate and associated with Gentiles and Publicans much to the Jews dismay?

2. So often I have prayed for someone to be set free from the bondage of alcoholism, drugs, and other things that wreak havoc in lives. Once freed from the control by the power of God, they feel something is terribly wrong because they find themselves still tempted again at times in the same area. Why is this?
3. What does it mean to bid Godspeed to someone (2 John 10)?
4. Are we baptized by the Holy Spirit into the church (1 Cor. 12:13)? Isn’t this the one baptism of Ephesians 4:4?
5. Did the baptism of the Holy Spirit come upon the 120 in the upper room after the ascension of Christ?

1. I just lost my husband of many years and we had a beautiful marriage. But in the Bible it says we will not be married. What does it mean?
2. Is Genesis 3:15 a Messianic prophecy? What does it mean?
3. The question I have is concerning Hebrews 8:2. I am understanding this verse to refer to the Lord’s building of the church, but other writers say that the “new sanctuary” inaugurated by Christ is in heaven. Am I correct in my understanding, or do I need a better understanding?
4. Would downloading copyrighted music without paying for it be a sin in view of Romans 13:1-7 even if you’re downloading it for personal use since the recording industry and the law labels such action as piracy? Would this also apply to those who have borrowed VHS movies, CDs, DVDs, cassettes, 8-tracks or old LPs from friends and family and made themselves copies? If this is a sin, would repentance require one to also destroy these unauthorized copies?
