- Other than proselytism, does the Bible indicate anything about God’s standard of judgment for gentiles who lived in the times of the Old Testament? While the law was given to the Jews (the circumcised) through Isaac as God worked to bring the Messiah into the world, do we know any standard given to the Ishmaelites (the uncircumcised). For a Gentile living in the times of the Old Testament was salvation even possible without converting to Judaism?
- At the beginning of time, God instituted marriage between one man and one woman as the only acceptable sexual relationship. This is restated in Matthew. Why then, did many in the Old Testament have multiple wives and concubines including men of God like David?
- Why isn’t church on Saturday?
- Does consciousness vanish at the moment of death?
