- Doesn’t the word “for” in Acts 2:38 mean because of? I have been taught that the Greek word translated “for” can indicate causality (“in order to attain”) or a result (“because of”) and that it is used in a resultant sense in Acts 2:38. Therefore we are not baptized in order to be saved.
- Is it okay for Christians not to attend a local church but just watch services online even if they are physically able to attend
- Some teach the doctrine of limited atonement. What are some Scriptures which prove that it was unlimited?
- Are the “sons of God” mentioned in Genesis 6:2 evil angels?
